These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Cigna Healthcare Kingdom of Saudi Arabia website, mobile-enabled website pages, member portals and other digital services on which these Terms are posted (collectively, the “Site”).
The Site is operated by Cigna Worldwide Insurance Company Branch, a foreign company branch registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 1010821439 and Unified Number 7030409622, and licensed and regulated by the Insurance Authority under License No. TMN/36/202301 (“Cigna Healthcare KSA”, “Cigna”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms are between Cigna Healthcare KSA and each person who accesses or uses any part of the Site (“you” or “your”).
Access to and use of the Site is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms. By accessing or using any page of the Site, including any login or authenticated area through credentials, single sign-on or another approved method, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.
Certain areas, services or features of the Site may be subject to additional terms, notices, declarations, eligibility rules or agreements (“Site Specific Terms”). Site Specific Terms are incorporated into and supplement these Terms.
If there is a conflict, applicable law and regulatory requirements will prevail, followed by the relevant Site Specific Terms and then these Terms, unless the Site Specific Terms expressly state otherwise.
Personal data collected through the Site will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“PDPL”), its Implementing Regulations, applicable regulatory requirements and the privacy notice made available on the Site (“Privacy Notice”). The Privacy Notice explains how personal data is collected, used, disclosed, stored, retained and protected.
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal data, including rights to be informed, access data, obtain a copy, request correction or completion, and request destruction where the applicable legal conditions are met. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent subject to applicable law and the consequences described when consent is obtained.
Privacy requests and complaints should be submitted using the channels stated in the Privacy Notice. These Terms do not replace or limit the Privacy Notice.
We may amend these Terms, the Privacy Notice or Site Specific Terms to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, services, technology, security practices or business operations. The updated version number and revision date will be displayed on the Site.
Where required by applicable law, a material change may be communicated through a notice on the Site, an electronic notification, or a request to acknowledge or accept the updated terms. Continued use after an update will constitute acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Site may include text, images, photographs, video, audio, graphics, features, data, designs, software and other material (collectively, “Site Content”). Unless expressly stated otherwise, Site Content is owned by Cigna, its affiliates or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other applicable jurisdictions.
You may view and download Site Content only to the limited extent reasonably necessary for your personal, non-commercial and authorized use. No ownership right is transferred to you. All other rights are reserved.
You must comply with applicable laws and regulations when using the Site. You must provide information that is accurate, complete and relates to you or to a person for whom you are legally authorized to act.
You must maintain reasonable safeguards for your device, connection, credentials and any Site Content obtained through the Site. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise or misuse.

Certain parts of the Site may be private and available only to users who have registered and been granted access (“Registered Users”). By registering for or using a portal, you confirm that you meet applicable eligibility requirements and have the rights and permissions necessary to use it.
A Registered User may use a portal only for authorized purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable Site Specific Terms, policy documents and related contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity carried out through your account, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
We use administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect the Site and information processed through it. However, no website, device, network or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, uninterrupted or error-free.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security, supported software, secure connections and confidential credentials. Security incidents or suspected unauthorized access should be reported through the contact channels provided on the Site.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and Site Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete or free from error or harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, consumer right or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cigna and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss arising from or connected with use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site or Site Content.
Any limitation or exclusion applies only to the extent valid under applicable Saudi law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter for which limitation is prohibited by law.
Unless a patient-facing service expressly states otherwise, Site Content is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Use of the Site does not by itself establish a physician-patient or other professional relationship. Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns.
In a medical emergency, contact the official emergency services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or seek immediate assistance from the nearest emergency facility.
Benefit summaries, provider information, estimates and illustrations are provided for convenience. Actual coverage is governed by the applicable insurance policy, table of benefits, endorsements and approved product terms. If there is a discrepancy, the governing policy documentation and applicable law will prevail.
Cigna Healthcare KSA aims to handle complaints fairly, consistently and promptly. Complaints may be submitted through the contact and complaint channels published on the Site. Supporting information may be requested to verify identity, investigate the matter and provide a response.
Where applicable, customers may escalate a complaint to the Insurance Authority or another competent authority using the official channels made available by that authority. Nothing in these Terms restricts a right available under applicable consumer protection or insurance laws.
If you provide contact details and request or consent to communications, we may send account, policy, claims, security, authentication, service or other transactional messages through permitted channels. Message frequency will depend on the service used.
Marketing communications will be sent only where permitted by applicable law and, where required, with valid consent. You may withdraw marketing consent or use the unsubscribe method stated in the communication. Withdrawal will not prevent essential service, security, legal or transactional notices where those notices are permitted or required.
Telecommunications charges imposed by your service provider may apply.
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, comments, ideas, reviews or other feedback regarding the Site (“Submission”), you grant Cigna a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display the Submission for legitimate business purposes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You confirm that your Submission does not include information you are not authorized to disclose, does not infringe third-party rights and does not violate applicable law. This section does not transfer ownership of your personal data and remains subject to the Privacy Notice and PDPL.
The Site may link to websites, applications, social media platforms, streaming services or other services operated by third parties (“Linked Services”). When you leave the Site, the third party’s terms and privacy practices will apply. Cigna does not control Linked Services and is not responsible for their availability, content or practices, except where responsibility cannot be excluded by law.
Audio, video, podcasts and similar media made available through the Site are for personal, non-commercial viewing or listening unless expressly stated otherwise. You must not download, reproduce, embed, modify or distribute that media without authorization.
Calculators and calculations are illustrative only. You are responsible for verifying assumptions, accuracy and suitability and should not rely on them as the sole basis for a medical, insurance or financial decision.
If you subscribe to a newsletter, we may send the requested communications to the contact details provided. You may unsubscribe using the method stated in the communication.
Event details may change or be cancelled. Registration should be completed only where the event is applicable to you. By registering, you authorize event-related communications before, during and after the event, subject to the Privacy Notice and applicable law.
If you believe material on the Site infringes your intellectual property rights, submit a notice through the designated Site contact channel. The notice should identify the protected work, the material alleged to infringe, your contact details, the basis of your claim, supporting evidence and proof of authority where acting for another person.
We may remove or restrict access to material where appropriate and may request further information. False or misleading complaints may result in liability under applicable law.
Site services may involve approved affiliates, processors or technology providers located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any transfer of personal data outside the Kingdom will be carried out in accordance with the PDPL, its Implementing Regulations and applicable requirements, including required transfer assessments, safeguards, approvals or exemptions.
Further information about relevant transfer arrangements will be described in the Privacy Notice where required.
These Terms and any Site Specific Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site, Site Content, Privacy Notice, Site Specific Terms or these Terms will be submitted to the competent courts or legally authorized dispute-resolution bodies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to any mandatory regulatory complaint or dispute process.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights or obligations to an affiliate or lawful successor, subject to applicable law and regulatory approval requirements.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A waiver must be express and in writing. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
Rights and protections granted to Cigna under these Terms may extend to its affiliates to the extent permitted by applicable law. These Terms, the Privacy Notice and applicable Site Specific Terms constitute the entire agreement concerning access to and use of the Site and supersede prior communications on the same subject.
These Terms may be made available in Arabic and English. In the event of discrepancy, the Arabic version will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to confirmation by Cigna Healthcare KSA Legal and Regulatory Affairs.
